Hallo!

Taking a page out of the billionaire's handbook, I've recently, moments ago in fact, subscribed to a german podcast in hopes of a mastery of the language. I will let you know how this all turns out. That is, of course, assuming anything at all turns out. There is always the chance of a turn out of null germanification, in which case this germanic podcastization will never be mentioned again. We will keep our thoughts positive, however.

Lady K loves the german. She likes all things german. she likes the german language, the german land, the german person, the german movies, the german car, the german flag, the german soccer, the german chocolate, the german ice cream, and berkenstocks. She is a fan.

In 2004 she was going to spend a year in the german land. We had just started thinking of each other as "more than friends". I don't think we had yet allowed a gender prefix to the freindness. We wanted to stay away from such labels. We were very progressive. Anyways, it was somewhere in that period that I found out this lady was gonna be in of foreign country for a year. I didn't like that, so I went and got sick and made her stay here with me, make me better and marry me.

So as you can see I owe her a trip, thus the podcast.
